Today we were discharged! We again took some more photos before we left (the lighting from the hospital window is awesome!!). Because of me needing to get my staples removed, and Zachary needing his first doctor's appointment, we ended up staying two nights in Fresno at my parents' house. We headed up to Hume on Saturday.
But before we headed back up, Zachary visited Vons and a number of car dealerships. Since we now have 3 kids in carseats, our truck doesn't cut it anymore. We can fit in all three car seats (which we did to go home), but it's so tight inside the cab. Plus it doesn't have 4-wheel drive which is a hassle in the winters up here at Hume. So, we searched around and finally decided on a Honda Pilot. We ended up actually buying it the week after we got home to Hume, but we officially made the decision 4 days after Z was born. Ha! Talk about change…. baby born, buy a car, sell a car, go to San Diego for three weeks…. you know. The usual. =)
