Decorating the tree

This year Samuel and Ethan are old enough to actually help (and be helpful) in decorating for Christmas!  Time still eludes them, as they have no comprehension when Christmas actually is (they ask for their presents daily).  But, it's super fun!  They are the chattiest kids on the planet… they can talk circles around Cathy!  So we get to hear all sorts of things while decorating and hanging out as a family.  They LOVE the ornaments!  We have to continually remind them that though they look like toys, they aren't and can break SUPER easy.  ((Side note: while buying their Captain America ornaments this year in Target, they successfully broke two ornaments within the 15 seconds they picked them up.  We kindly put those back on the shelf. ))  While putting the ornaments on the tree, I unpacked them and handed them to the boys to put on the tree.  It was hysterical.  They kept putting them all on the same few branches!  Jeff and I spread some of them out, but left some because it's so darn cute….and they did it all themselves.

S: "What up my Peeps?"

E: "This is my hand!"

How cute are those Ninja Turtle boxers?!?!?  Jeff bought us all matching Ninja Turtle boxers for our beach trip (including me).  The boys adore them!  Just like they adore their daddy.

"Where should this one go?!?"

"I know!  Right here with all the others."
